Dear invisible condition...Letter-writing has played an important part in the making of Hidden Stories. Participants in the project found that having a conversation with or about what they’ve kept hidden gave them a new perspective.

Sounds like we’re not alone – phew. Let’s just be open and make space for compassion (for self and others).
Why not try it for yourself?
Writing a letter to or about something you keep hidden (a condition, an anxious thought etc) could help you to see it differently. It could even help you to find the words for how you’re feeling.
Don’t worry about what you’ll say. And you don’t need to name it. Just start with ‘Dear…’ then look within, be curious and see what comes next. You might just surprise yourself.
